Job Responsibilities
1. Laboratory construction: planning, construction, layout, optimization and improvement of internal operation processes;
2. Laboratory team building: recruitment, selection, training and technical improvement of team personnel to improve the operational efficiency of the team and personnel;

Job Requirements
1. Doctoral degree, major in chemistry and biology is preferred;
2. More than 10 years of experience in biomedical third-party laboratories is preferred; More than 5 years of personnel management experience;
3. Mature laboratory construction and management experience is preferred;
4. Familiar with CNAS laboratory qualification review, proficient in GC-MS, LC-MS/MS and other analytical instruments.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure, good communication skills and overall planning ability.
